If your customers purchase packages that include physical mail services, they must fill out a form to verify their identity with the postal service in order to receive mail at your properties. Kube includes a standard identity proof form that you can choose to include with your packages, but you can also upload your own custom form.

To upload a custom identity proof form
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property you want to view and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Package Groups in the side menu and click the Essentials tab.
Click the Edit button.
Click the Upload My Copy radio button.
Click the upload field or drag and drop a file to upload your form.
NOTE: Supports PDF file types. The maximum file size is 15 MB.
Click Save.
