Scheduled tasks automate specific functions for each of your properties, such as creating monthly invoices and resetting member hours/credits. Scheduled tasks are set for each property and run daily at early in the morning in local time. For more information, see Scheduled Tasks.

To review and edit a scheduled task
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Scheduled Tasks in the side menu.
To review a scheduled task, locate the scheduled task in the grid and click the task's name.
Click the Close button when finished.
To edit a scheduled task, locate the scheduled task in the grid and click the task's name.
Click the Edit button.
Complete the fields you want to change. For more information, see Scheduled Tasks.
Click Save.
