Selecting amenities to offer at time of booking

A booking amenity is an amenity that is offered to a member or prospect when they make a booking through the Member or Prospect Portal Bookings Calendar screens, and that internal users can add to bookings when making bookings in Kube on the Bookings Calendar screen. NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

You can offer amenities based on the amenity occurrence (whether the amenity is charged one-time or recurs monthly) and whether monthly amenities require configuration:

  • Hourly and Daily bookings: You can offer all one-time amenities. You can also offer monthly standard amenities that do not require configuration, but the amenities do not recur and Kube charges the monthly price of the amenity a single time. You cannot offer monthly amenities that require configuration (all booking unit, voice, and data/Wi-Fi amenities, excluding guest Wi-Fi). If you offer one-time or monthly standard amenities for hourly or daily bookings, Kube also offers them for monthly bookings.

  • Monthly bookings: You can offer all one-time and monthly amenities. If you offer one-time amenities for monthly bookings, Kube also offers them for hourly and daily bookings.

NOTE: If an amenity is free, Kube automatically includes it in bookings. If an amenity has a monetary cost (including zero), Kube offers it as an optional add-on that can be added to the booking.

To select amenities to offer at time of booking

  1. Select Spaces > List in the top menu.

  2. Locate the space in the grid and click the space's name. The Space Contracts screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu and select the Booking Amenities tab.

  4. Click the Edit button.

    1. Click the square Select button in the Include column next to the amenities you would like to offer at the time of booking.

    2. Click the square Select button in the Internal Only column if the amenity should only appear internally in the operator portal for internal users to add to a booking.



      NOTE: The amenities listed are all the amenities offered at the property your space is located at. Click the Hourly/Daily and Monthly toggle to select which amenities to offer based on booking duration.


  5. Click Save.
