Why can't I edit the amenities in an existing package?
If a package is included in an active contract, you can add or remove standard amenities, but you cannot add or remove amenities that require configuration. Either remove the package from all active contracts to edit it or create a new package that contains the desired amenities.
What is amenity configuration?
Certain amenities require assignment to a specific member to be used. During the amenity configuration process, you complete those assignments so members can use the amenities.
What are booking amenities?
For each of your spaces, you can choose amenities to offer your customers for free or for purchase when they book the space. If an amenity's cost is set to free, Kube automatically includes it in the booking. If it has a cost, Kube offers it as a purchase option. For more information, see Selecting amenities to offer at time of booking.
What are recommended amenities?
When you create a package, you can include recommended amenities in the package that Kube presents to customers who purchase the package. The customer can also decide to purchase the recommended amenities when they purchase the package. For more information, see Adding a package amenity.
What is a package and package group?
A package is a bundle of amenities that your members and prospects can purchase all at once. A package group is a collection of different packages that you can create to organize how your packages are presented to customers in the Prospect and Member Portals. For more information, see Adding a package amenity and Adding a package group.
What is the difference between a one-time and monthly amenity?
A one-time amenity occurs only once and can be purchased through a contract or from the Charges screen. A monthly amenity can only be purchased through a contract and recurs every month throughout the duration of the contract. Certain amenity types (such as data/Wi-Fi and voice) can only be monthly amenities.
What is tiered pricing?
When you add a standard amenity, you can choose to include tiered pricing. Tiered pricing allows you to set different prices for the amenity based on the quantity of the amenity the customer purchases. For more information, see Adding a standard amenity.
