Reviewing space statuses from a floor plan

Updated over 3 months ago

Floor plans allow you to add images to your Floors and map spaces to those images to visually represent the layout of your building. Once an image is added and spaces have been mapped, the Floor Plan Layers highlight different statuses of those spaces. This article describes how to use the floor plans to view a space's status.

NOTES:

Viewing a space's status from a floor plan

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Floor Plans in the side menu. The Floor Plans screen appears.

  4. Select a floor from the Floor Plan drop down menu.

  5. Hover over the highlighted areas to see information about the space.

TIP: If you are viewing the Occupancy layer, there are additional options to create a booking or contract by clicking on a space with a status of Vacant.

  6. To see different information or statuses about a space, select a layer from the Layer drop down menu.

NOTE: An additional layer can be added to track different space information or statuses. For more information on adding a custom layer, see Enabling the floor plan custom layer.
