Contract custom fields allow you to add additional information to a contract for internal organizational reference. For more information about customizing custom contract fields, see Customizing contract fields.
This article describes adding custom fields to a contract.
Note: The Custom Fields cannot be added or edited unless the contract status is In Progress. If you need to create a contract, see Creating a contract.
To add a custom field to a contract
Select the Custom Fields section in the side menu.
Complete the fields as desired.
NOTE: The fields that appear here vary based on what has been configured. For more information on setting up custom fields, see Customizing contract fields.
Click Save & Next Step. The Summary screen appears. For more information, see Reviewing contract details and history.
CAUTION: The fields do not automatically save. Click Save & Next Step to save your custom field changes.
