After you have requested approval for a contract, you can send a reminder to approvers that they have a pending approval to complete.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To send a reminder for a contract approval
Select Customers in the top menu and select Contracts from the drop-down menu.
Locate the contract in the grid and click the contract's name. The contract's Terms & Company screen appears.
Select the stage gate you are requesting approval for in the side menu.
Click Actions.
Click the Remind button next to the approval you want to remind the approver about. Kube sends an email to the approver.
