Contract Expiration Report
The Contract Expiration Report lists all contracts for all of your properties and details about those contracts. At the bottom of the report, the Grand Total row totals the Rate and Renewal Rate columns.
The rate is the current contract rate and the renewal rate is the rate of the contract upon renewal, should auto renew for the contract be active. If a contract's rate is set to increase upon renewal, the renewal rate will be larger than the rate. If auto renew is turned off, the renewal rate will be $0.
