You can add an audio announcement for a company, which can be used by the company's members, auto attendants, and music on hold feature. For more information, see Adding a member voicemail announcement, Adding a company auto attendant menu, and Adding company hold music.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To add a company audio announcement
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Overview screen appears.
Select Voice in the side menu.
Click the Edit button. The Announcements button appears.
Click the Announcements button.
In the Upload Announcement File field, either drag and drop your file onto the upload field or click the field to select your file.
TIPS:
You can upload .wav files with G.711 codec (compression) that are up to 5 MB.
You can delete an announcement by clicking the Delete button next to it in the Delete column.
Click Save.
