You can set a voicemail greeting that callers hear when they reach a member’s voicemail. Members can also record voicemail announcements directly from their phone through the voicemail menu.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You can also upload company announcements that the company's members can use. For more information, see Adding a company audio announcement.
To add a member voicemail announcement
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials screen appears.
Select Voice in the side menu.
Click the Edit button.
Click the Announcements button.
In the Upload Announcement File field, either drag and drop your file onto the upload field or click the field to select your file.
NOTE:
You can upload .wav files with G.711 codec (compression) that are up to 5 MB.
You can delete an announcement by clicking the Delete button next to it in the Delete column.
Click Save.
Click Close.
In the Voicemail Greeting in Use drop-down selector at the bottom of the screen, select the audio announcement you would like to use.
Click Save.
