Allowing members to set Do Not Disturb status on their phones

You can choose to allow members to enable Do Not Disturb on their physical phones. When you enable Do Not Disturb, Kube allows the member to turn on Do Not Disturb on their physical phone. Enabling does not place member phones in a Do Not Disturb status. For more information, see Turning on member Do Not Disturb.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • You can also enable Do Not Disturb on the member's General Voice screen.

To allow members to set Do Not Disturb status on their phones

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate your property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu and select the Voice tab.

  4. Select the User Mapping tab on the screen.

  5. In the Persistent DND Status column, click the select button next to users you want to allow to use Do Not Disturb on their physical phones.

  6. Kube automatically saves the selection.
