You can turn on Do Not Disturb for your member, which puts their phone in a temporary Do Not Disturb state until you turn Do Not Disturb off.

If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You can also allow members to turn on Do Not Disturb themselves. For more information, see Allowing members to set Do Not Disturb status on their phones and Configuring member call processing.
To turn on member Do Not Disturb
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Voice in the side menu and select the Incoming Calls tab.
Click the Edit button.
In the Do Not Disturb section, click On.
Click Save.
