You can use the Access Control Overview screen to view door connectivity, battery level, and lock status, in addition to the auto unlock schedules assigned to your doors.
NOTE: You can also assign door auto unlock schedules and access groups on this screen. For more information, see Setting a door's auto unlock schedule and Assigning an access group to a door.
To review door status
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate your property in the data grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Access Control in the side menu. The Overview screen appears. For more information about the Overview screen, see the Overview Screen Reference at the end of this article.
TIP: Click the Refresh button to display the most recent data.
Overview Screen Reference
Connectivity status | Whether the door lock is connected to Kube. If the status shows green, the lock is successfully communicating with Kube. |
Battery status | Battery level of the lock. The battery icon's color and fullness change as the battery charge level decreases.
NOTE: If the lock does not have a battery, Kube does not display the battery icon. |
Lock status | Whether the door is locked or unlocked at the moment. If the door is locked, Kube shows a grey locked padlock icon. If the door is unlocked, Kube shows a green unlocked padlock icon. |
Auto Unlock Schedule | Schedule Kube uses when automatically unlocking the door. Click the schedule name to see more information about the schedule. |
