Email Workflows Introduction

Updated over 3 months ago

You can create email workflows that automatically send your email templates when specified conditions are met. Before you can add an email workflow, you must add email templates. For more information, see Adding an email template for email workflows.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

You can create email workflows for the following categories:

  • Amenity and Package Purchases

  • Auto Pay

  • Bookings

  • Contract Expiration

  • Contract Self Renewal

  • Hours/Credits Threshold

  • Lead Notifications

  • Lead Workflows

  • Online Sales

  • Dunning Notice

  • Tours

  • Visitor Management

When you create an email workflow, you configure the conditions in the Action section that cause the email to send. You can customize each condition to determine the exact parameters that cause the email to send. Kube sends the email when all the conditions are met.

You can create both system and property email workflows. System workflows are used for all of your properties, and property workflows are only used at the property you create the workflow for.

This article is part of the Kube system setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.

TIP: The next step in the Kube system setup process is to use imports to populate information in Kube. For more information, see Importing data into Kube.
