You can add email workflow templates in Kube that you use when you create email workflows. In an email workflow, Kube automatically sends your email workflow templates to customers when specific conditions are met. This article discusses creating an email workflow template. For more information about creating an email workflow, see Email Workflows.
This article is part of the Kube system setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You can create email workflow templates for all of your properties at once in the System Settings or individually for each property.
