This depends on the eCommerce platform you use.

If you are on Shopify, refunds can be made directly from the yayloh dashboard. It will process the refund automatically in Shopify and then in your payment solution (provided they are properly integrated).

If you are using another eCommerce platform, the refund process will remain the same as before.
