yayloh has an advanced two-way Ongoing integration, where warehouse personnel finds returned items pre-filled in Ongoing. If they choose to discard or accept a returned product, we make this information available to the customer support team using the yayloh dashboard in the form of inspection status.

Note: For this integration set-up, one needs admin rights in an ongoing system, for example, 3PL or Ongoing technical support.

With the yayloh Ongoing integration, retailers will be able to:

  1. Automatically create return orders in their Ongoing system when a return request arrives at yayloh.

  2. Automatically update the inspection status of that return request when warehouse staff inspects and updates a return order in the Ongoing WMS.

Set-up:

We need you to create a new API user for yayloh and add a yayloh webhook in your ongoing. You can share the following credentials :

  1. Ongoing Username

  2. Ongoing Password

  3. Ongoing Account Url

  4. Goods owner ID

In the terminology of Ongoing WMS, the customers of a warehouse are goods owners. Because a warehouse can potentially have more than one customer (goods owner), we need the goods owner ID assigned to you.

  5. Ongoing webhook

Configure the Ongoing webhook to send data to the yayloh generic webhook by adding https://prod-generic-webhook-valines.yayloh.com as a webhook URL in Ongoing to be triggered on update of return order.

Managing returns (warehouse personal use)

  1. yayloh integration creates a return order and links it to the outgoing order.

  2. Find the order in the order list >> select return.

  3. Return order is pre-filled in the return view.

  4. Mark the goods as returned.

  5. The reasons for return will be taken from the return order.

Managing inspected returns in yayloh dashboard

  1. Open yayloh dashboard and select “Manage".

  2. Click on “In progress” to see ongoing return orders.

  3. Click on the drop down on upper left side.

  4. Select “inspected” from the drop down.

  5. Click on the return request's order ID to see the inspection status.

  6. The inspection status is OK if the warehouse marked the return as returned in Ongoing.

  7. The inspection status is Not OK if the warehouse marked the return as cancelled in Ongoing.
