yayloh has an advanced two-way ShipHero integration, where warehouse personnel find expected return items pre-filled in ShipHero. If they choose to discard or accept a returned product, we make this information available to the customer support team via the yayloh dashboard in the form of inspection status.

Note: For this integration setup, admin rights in the ShipHero system are required, such as 3PL or ShipHero technical support.

With the yayloh ShipHero integration, retailers will be able to:

  • Automatically create return orders in their ShipHero system when a return request arrives at yayloh.

  • Automatically update the inspection status of that return request when warehouse staff inspects and updates a return order in the ShipHero.

Set-up:

  1. ShipHero API Access Token and Refresh Token
Follow the steps here to create your ShipHero API access.

  2. Register yayloh Webhook
Register this new generic webhook on your ShipHero account for "Return Update" trigger - "https://prod-generic-webhook-valines.yayloh.com". Contact ShipHero technical support for assistance with setting up the yayloh webhook.

Managing returns in ShipHero (warehouse personal use)

When a customer registers a return in yayloh, a return order is automatically created in your ShipHero back office with all the necessary details. Upon receiving the return at the warehouse, follow these steps to process and approve it:

Steps:

  1. Go to Returns > All Returns in your ShipHero back office.

  2. Use the Order Number written on the return label to locate the return.

  3. Enter the quantity for each line item that has been received and restocked.

  4. Once all expected items have been received, mark the RMA as Warehouse Complete to finalize the process.

Managing inspected returns in yayloh dashboard.

  1. Open yayloh dashboard and select “Manage".

  2. Click on “In progress” to see ongoing return orders.

  3. Click on the drop down on upper left side.

  4. Select “inspected” from the drop down.

  5. Click on the return request's order ID to see the inspection status.

  6. The inspection status is OK if the warehouse marked the return as returned in ShipHero.

  7. The inspection status is Not OK if the warehouse marked the return as cancelled in ShipHero.
