How to edit the return type of a return request?

Edit a return type when requested by the customer or on your necessity.

To edit the return type of a return request:

Open yayloh dashboard and select “Manage”.
Search for the return request.
Click on return type.
Select between Return, Exchange, and Claim from the drop-down.
The return type will get updated.
