Yayloh has different "Search" features to easily find returns by using order number, customer name, email, or product name.
Following are two ways to search returns:
Using Global Search
Find returns by using the “global search” tab visible across the platform at the top of each page.
To search:
Click the magnifying glass.
Type in the order number >> click on search button or press Enter >> Select the order from the search result drop-down.
Searching via the return management page
You can search for returns using the search box, visible only in the three status tabs - open, in progress, and processed in the return management page.
To search:
Open yayloh dashboard >> Go to “Manage”.
Type in the order number, it will show you the order in the drop-down.
Here you have two options:
If you Select the order from the search result drop-down, it opens a page dedicated to that specific order where you can access all the order related information.
But if you click on search button or press Enter you will find order on the return management page.
Product or Customer Search:
Search can also be done using product name or Customer Name. Before search, you just need to:
Change the search category from Orders (by default) to Customers or Products depending on you search need.
When you run the search on Customers, you are re-directed to the customer page, where you can access the customer contact details and past returns information.
When you run the search on Products, you are re-directed to the product page, where you can access all the products details and related information.
