The platform offers search functionality, enabling users to quickly locate returns using various criteria such as order number, customer name, email, or product name. Users can swiftly filter return requests based on custom lists of order IDs or tracking IDs, streamlining the process.
To search for order numbers, customers, products:
To search for a list of specific independent order numbers or tracking numbers:

Global Search
Find orders, customers and products by using the “global search” tab visible across the platform at the top of each page.
To search for an order:
Click the magnifying glass.
Select between ‘order’, ‘product’ or ‘customer’ from the drop down.
Type in the relevant value i.e.
The order number in case of orders
Product name in case of products
Customer name in case of customer.
Click on search button or press Enter
Select the order from the search result drop-down.
The return management page search
You can search for returns using the search box, visible only in the three status tabs - open, in progress, and processed in the return management page.
To search for an order:
Open yayloh dashboard >> Go to “Manage”.
Type in the order number in the search field. The order number will show up in the drop-down.
While searching for an order, you have two straightforward choices:
To go to the dedicated order page click on the order number from the drop down. Here you can view all relevant order details.
Alternatively, you can click the search button or press Enter to go directly to the order on the return management page.
Product or Customer Search:
Change the search category from Orders (by default) to Customers or Products depending on your search need.
When you run the search on Customers, you are re-directed to the customer page, with access to customers contact details and past return information.
When you run the search on Products, you are re-directed to the product page, where you can access all the products details and related information.
Custom list
This feature quickly filters return requests using custom order or tracking IDs in one go from the dashboard.
Filtering return requests based on order ID or Tracking ID:
Open the yayloh dashboard and select “Manage”.
Click on the “Custom list” from the upper right side.
This feature allows you to quickly filter return requests by entering multiple Order IDs or tracking IDs, separated by commas (,). After entering the IDs, click “Add.”
The added Order IDs will appear in the list below.
Ensure the Order IDs are correct, as incorrect entries will not display in the list.
Click “Filter by”.
You can now easily find the selected return requests in the “Manage custom list” section.
