The second version of our integration with Gorgias enables you to add a yayloh widget to your Gorgias account.

Yayloh widget for Gorgias allows customers to find all the relevant information about their return requests within Gorgias itself. One use case is that it can be used by customer service when solving customers’ return questions such as return package tracking, refund status, approval/disapproval of defective returns, etc.

Set up instructions

  1. In your Gorgias account go to Settings > Integrations > HTTP.

  2. At the top right of the page, select 'Add HTTP integration'.

  3. Under “Add HTTP integration” page, fill the following information:

  4. Type "X-API-Key" in the "Key" text box.

  5. In the "Value" text box paste the "API key" you generated via yayloh settings. Please follow this link to Create API Key

  6. Click on Add integration.

Testing

  1. Open yayloh in a new tab.

  2. Within yayloh, open the return management page.

  3. Click on any order number to open any return request in the open or in-progress tab.

  4. Click on “Customer details” to view the email address.

  5. Copy the email address.

  6. Navigate back to Gorgias and go to the “Customer page”.

  7. Paste the copied email address in the search bar on the right.

  8. Select the customer’s profile & Click on “Create ticket”:

  9. Name the subject - “Test”.

  10. Open the ticket and create an internal note. You can leave an internal note by doing the following:

    • Select the drop-down next to the “to” line and mail icon.

    • Choose “Leave an internal note”

    • In the text field type - “Test to activate yayloh integration” & send.

    • It will generate an internal note.

  11. Select the edit widget wheel.

  12. Scroll down and select yayloh under “HTTP data”.

  13. Drag and drop the yayloh- HTTP integration to the right sidebar.

  14. The widget will be generated.

  15. You can choose to delete the sections or attributes not relevant to you using the red trash can button.

    1. To delete the links section: Hover on the header "Links" and select the red trash icon which occurs to remove it from the view.

    2. To delete the attributes: Hover over the attribute and select the red trash icon which occurs to remove it from the view.

  16. Click on “Save Changes”.

  17. Now, testing is completed.
