Integrating and setting up your Gorgias account with yayloh

The Gorgias integration consists of two parts. Follow the links below to learn more about how you can benefit from the yayloh x Gorgias integration:

  1. Create a Ticket in Gorgias from the yayloh Backoffice (read how):
    For claims, out-of-stock exchange requests, or cases that require communication with the customer, you can create a ticket directly in Gorgias and initiate a conversation.

  2. yayloh Widget in Gorgias (see how):
    Access yayloh return request information from customers when they reach out via chat in Gorgias.

In this article, you will find:


Required Gorgias Credentials

Gorgias domain name

The domain name copy the base API URL.

Username (Email )

The email ID registered on your Gorgias account.

Password (API key)

In order to fetch Gorgias data, share your Gorgias API credentials.

Note: All these above credentials can be found here: Gorgias -> Settings -> Rest API.

Setting up Gorgias integrations


  1. Open yayloh dashboard

  2. Open the settings window >> Integrations.

  3. Click on the toggle button to activate Gorgias.

  4. Activate the integration by filling credentials in the form and click submit.

  5. Open Gorgias and navigate to 'ALL APPS'. Search for 'yayloh' and select 'connect app'.

  6. This will open a new window with yayloh and will request you to verify it.

  7. Once you verify, click continue.

  8. It activates immediately. You will see the Gorgias button when you open an independent return request.

Note- Ensure your credentials are correct if the creation of the ticket fails.
