Yayloh widget for Gorgias allows customers to find all the relevant information about their return requests within Gorgias itself. One use case is that it can be used by customer service when solving customers’ return questions such as return package tracking, refund status, approval/disapproval of defective returns, etc.

Note: You need atleast one return request in your yayloh backoffice to set the widget in Gorgias.

Setting up a yayloh widget in Gorgias

  1. Within yayloh, open the return management page.

  2. Click on any order number to open any return request in the open or in-progress tab.

  3. Click on “Customer details” to view the email address.

  4. Copy the email address.

  5. Navigate back to Gorgias and go to the “Customer page”.

  6. Paste the copied email address in the search bar on the right.

  7. Select the customer’s profile & Click on “Create ticket”:

  8. Name the subject - “Test”.

  9. Open the ticket and create an internal note. You can leave an internal note by doing the following:

    • Select the drop-down next to the “to” line and mail icon.

    • Choose “Leave an internal note”

    • In the text field type - “Test to activate yayloh integration” & send.

    • It will generate an internal note.

  10. Select the edit widget wheel.

  11. Scroll down and select yayloh under “HTTP data”.

  12. Drag and drop the yayloh- HTTP integration to the right sidebar.
