As of 2023-03-16, we launched a new yayloh return form. This redesign will allow your customers to provide more detailed return reason keywords when they fill the form. This new flow will also be valid for Shopify customers who set up the new exchange flow - exchange to place a new order. This new flow is now active across all yayloh stores and applies to both exchanges and returns.

The new flow's customer experience:

  1. Enter order ID and registered email address and accept the privacy policy.

  2. Select between the relevant return types - Exchanges or Returns.

  3. ๐Ÿ†•๐Ÿ‘‰This opens a new page. In the new page -

    1. Select return reasons (This is the same as before) - "Could you let us know the reason why you're returning this item?"

    2. ๐Ÿ†•๐Ÿ‘‰Add/ Select return reason keywords - "We would love to hear more, you can type in new keywords by using comma". Here customer can add more tags for return reasons. The system will save these keywords and display commonly used keywords for new customers for a smoother experience.

    3. Add optional description or comments (This is the same as before) - Here the customer can add any additional comments.

    4. Click on "Next".

  4. If there is more than one product in an order to return, re-do steps 2 and 3 for those products.

  5. ๐Ÿ†•๐Ÿ‘‰Edit/Review and Click "Submit".

  6. ๐Ÿ†•๐Ÿ‘‰This opens the summary page. Check summary and "submit".

  7. This submits the return request.

The process once the return request is submitted, is the same as before and is unchanged.

Notes:

  1. For now some of the text copy for the new flow is not editable. In case, there is any text/translation which is confusing, misleading or incorrect - please reach out with the required text copy and we will try to update it - via support@yayloh.com.

  2. The flow for claims will remain the same.
