Everything you need to know about the new return reason keywords and the new return form flow.

As of 2023-03-16, we launched a new yayloh return form. This redesign will allow your customers to provide more detailed return reason keywords when returning products to us. This new flow is now active across all yayloh stores and applies to both exchanges and returns.

What are Return Reason Keywords?

Return reason keywords are additional qualitative reasons customers can add when filling out the return form. These keywords will help us understand the regular reasons for returns. Examples of keywords- "Tight around the waist", "Cut is deep", "material is poor", "inconsistent fit", and "Shoulders too wide".

As we collect the return reason keywords, we'll make common keywords visible on the return form, which will be highlighted when selected or added. Customers can add up to 10 tags.

Where can I access the Return Reason keywords data?

The return reason keywords can currently be accessed on the yayloh return management page as seen below. They will soon be accessible via the yayloh insights dashboard, too.
