Use Issues to review problems identified across your website audits, understand their severity, and decide what to address first.
Review your issues overview
At the top of the page, you can see the total number of currently open issues for your brand.
An issue can remain open even if it was identified in an earlier audit. Issues that have been verified as resolved or dismissed are no longer included in the open count.
Issues marked as Critical issue or High priority need the most immediate attention.
The overview also shows how issues are distributed by severity.
Understand issue severity
Issues are assigned a severity level to help you prioritize what to address first:
Critical issue
High priority
Medium priority
Low priority
Review the suggested action plan
The Suggested action plan highlights open issues that have not yet been started or dismissed.
Issues are prioritized by:
Problems that represent actual defects before optional improvements.
Severity, with higher-priority issues shown first.
Most recently updated issues when priority is the same.
Once an issue is started, completed, or dismissed, it no longer appears in the Suggested action plan.
If the same underlying issue affects multiple pages, Yetify groups those pages under the same issue rather than creating several near-identical entries.
Use Copy Prompt
Select Copy Prompt to copy a prompt designed to help an AI tool address the selected issue.
Depending on the issue, the prompt may provide guidance on how to resolve it or help generate the content needed.
Explore all issues
Issues are organized into two views:
Technical — issues related to how the website is built, delivered, indexed, linked, or accessed by crawlers.
Content — issues related to the information on the page, such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, content depth, and structured data.
Technical issues can make it harder for AI platforms to reach a page. Content issues can make it harder for them to understand and use the page once they get there.
For each issue, the table can show:
ID
Issue
Status
Severity
Pages affected
Use Search Issue and the available filters to find specific issues.
Review an issue in detail
Select See Detail to open more information about an issue.
The detail view shows:
the issue and its description;
its severity;
the number of affected pages;
the pages where the issue was identified.
For each affected page, you can also review information such as:
Status
Issues
Technical
AEO
Last audit
Use Search Page to find a specific affected page.
Re-run an audit
You can re-run an audit from an issue to check the affected page again.
A re-run checks the whole affected page, not only the selected issue. Other open issues affecting the same page are checked in the same run.
Each page audited uses one audit credit from your monthly allowance.
If the issue passes the relevant check, it is marked as resolved. If the problem is still detected, it remains open.
Mark an issue as fixed
Select Mark as fixed when you have addressed an issue.
This records that you have completed the fix, but it does not automatically verify that the issue has been resolved.
A re-run is required to check the page again. Until then, the issue remains part of the open issue workflow.
Open an affected page
Select Go to page to open the affected website page directly.
This can help you review the page before making or verifying changes.
What’s next?
After addressing an issue, return to Audit to re-audit the affected pages and verify whether the issue has been resolved.
