How does Willow Wealth use the money it raises in Short Term Notes?

Capital raised by the Short Term Notes program is expected to be deployed in the following ways:

Willow Wealth primarily uses capital raised through the STN program to pre-fund investment opportunities before they are syndicated to investors on the platform.

New notes launched after July 15 also allow capital to be deployed to investments originated by third parties including, but not limited to, debt investments like shorter-dated, lower-risk securitized credit.

Please note: Only once all active STNs allow for the expanded mandate or majority consent is achieved will third party investments be added, which is likely to occur in 2026.
