Can I change the subscription account?

If you have an iOS device:

Your subscription is connected to your Apple ID. It's not possible to transfer the subscription to another Apple ID.

If you want to use your subscription on another iOS device, you need to log into your Apple ID in the device settings. Then open Instories, tap on the settings menu in the upper left corner, then "Restore Purchase".

If you have an Android device:

Your subscription is connected to your Google Play account (if you downloaded the app from the Play Store) or your HUAWEI ID (of you got the app from AppGallery). It's not possible to tansfer the subscription to another account.

If you want to use your subscription on another Android device, you need to log into your Google Play account or HUAWEI ID. Then the subscription will be automatically restored in the app.

​Please note that it's not possible to transfer the subscription from iOS to Android and vice versa.

If you want to change the email that you used while creating your account, please contact our support team.

If one of your team members (or you) needs to change the email which was used to get the invitation, you can do this in your team account on the website. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Members section in the menu on the left of the screen.

  2. Tap on the 3 dots icon near a team member email to open the menu.

  3. Tap on "Change the email".

After this, your team member will receive a new invitation on the new email and will need to activate the license via the link in this email. This will deactivate the license on the previous email.
