Yoom Knowledge allows you to search for knowledge directly from Slack.

This article will show you how to set it up.

First, an administrator must install the Yoom Knowledge app on Slack.

If you are an administrator, log in to Yoom Knowledge and click "Service integration" in the side menu.

Click the Slack "Link" button in the "Chat Tool Link" section.

Select the Slack workspace you want to collaborate with from the dropdown at the top right of the collaboration screen, and click the "Allow" button.

Please confirm that the Slack part has changed to "Linked".

The Yoom Knowledge app will now be installed on Slack.

*This task must be performed by each user performing the search from Slack.

If you are an administrator and install the Yoom Knowledge app on Slack as described above, other members will be able to link their Yoom Knowledge ID and SlackID.

Click the "Link" button from Slack in the "Chat" section of "My Apps" on the settings page.

On the next screen, you will be asked to enter your Slack member ID, so please obtain and enter your Slack member ID.

Once you save it, it will become "Linked" and you will be able to search for Yoom Knowledge information within Slack.

To actually search for knowledge in Slack, you need to mention it in the Slack channel.

(Mention is not required for direct messages with Yoom Knowledge.)

Also, if multiple knowledge bases exist, please search by adding the knowledge base ID at the beginning of the message{ナレッジベースID}:質問したい内容 in the format .

If there is only one knowledge base, there is no need to add the knowledge base ID at the beginning.
