You can change your plan in Yoom at any time, depending on your needs.
This guide explains how to change your plan and when the new plan will take effect.
🛠️ How to Change your Plan
1. Log in to Yoom
2. From the side menu, scroll to the bottom and click "Change Plan."
☝️ Note:
Only Workspace Administrators can see the "Change Plan" option.
3. Choose your new plan
4. Select your payment method
5. Click "Change Plan" to complete the process
✅ Be sure to review any important notes before confirming your change.
⏰ When Does the Plan Change Take Effect?
The timing depends on your current plan and the plan you’re switching to:
➕ Upgrading from Free to a Paid Plan
Takes effect immediately after applying.
➖ Downgrading from a Paid Plan to a Free Plan
Takes effect after your current plan ends.
🔄 Switching Between Paid Plans
If upgrading to a higher-tier plan or changing to a longer contract period, → Takes effect immediately
In other cases → Takes effect the day after your current plan ends
