Database

A collection of data consisting of one or more tables.

Think of it like a single Google Sheet or Excel file.

Table

A unit that can create a single database.

Similar to a Google Sheet or Excel sheet.

Record

A row unit.

There is a per-table limit.

Free plan: 500

Personal plan: 2,000

Mini plan: 10,000

Team plan: 30,000

Success plan: 50,000

Column

A column unit.

Max 99 columns per table for all plans.

Data Connect

A feature that syncs with other tables in Yoom or other cloud services.

Available sync frequency depends on the plan.

Free plan: once a day

Personal plan: Every 6 hrs

Mini plan: Every 6 hrs

Team plan: Every 1 hr

Success plan: Every 1 hr

Flowbot

A button to create a Flowbot that starts from the database.

You can also create a Flowbot that starts from the database in the Flowbot creation screen.

View

A feature to fix the viewing settings.

When used for customer management across departments, you can fix the view settings for each department.

Filter

A feature that narrows down records that meet specific conditions.

You can filter by multiple conditions.

Search

A feature to search for matching records using partial matches.

Searches across all fields in the table.

Sharing (Guest Feature)

A feature that allows sharing databases with external users.

The number of users you can share with depends on your plan.

Free plan: 5

Personal plan: 5

Mini plan: 5

Team plan: 100

Success plan: 200

Record ID

A unique value is automatically assigned when a record is created.

Not displayed in the database, but used in search conditions, etc., via the Flowbot feature.

Data Type

A data format that can be selected when creating a column.

Choose the best type for your data when creating a column.
