📝 Overview
In Yoom, you can delete members who have been invited to your workspace. When a member is deleted, any Flowbots they created will be reassigned to the person who performs the deletion, making them the new creator of those Flowbots.
This article explains important considerations for Flowbot settings in such situations.
☝️ Important Note
While the Flowbot will be reassigned to the person who deleted the member, it won't automatically update the app-related operations to the new creator’s account.
If the Flowbot is triggered at this point, an error may occur, as the actions aren't yet linked to the new account. Even if you later link the account and try again, the error might persist unless additional steps are taken.
🛠️ How to Fix
To resolve this issue and ensure the Flowbot works correctly after the member is deleted, follow these steps:
Open the Flowbot's edit screen.
Go to the app-related actions.
Proceed to the next step and save the changes.
☝️ Note:
If any apps get disconnected during this process, you may need to re-register them using the account of the person who deleted the member.
