How to Set Up "Parallel Run"

📝 Overview

Yoom's "Parallel Run" operation allows you to run multiple flows at the same time. This operation is available on the Personal, Mini, Team, and Success plans.

📍 Example

When onboarding a new employee, you can run the following three flows at the same time:

1. Register the employee in SmartHR.

2. Send a PC setup request to the General Affairs or IT team.

3. Send an approval request to the department manager.

💡 Use Cases

  • Employee Onboarding

    • When a new employee joins the company, you can simultaneously register them in the employee app, request PC setup, and issue accounts.

  • New Client Onboarding

    • When you acquire a new client, you can simultaneously register the client in your accounting app, add their information to your customer database, and add a task for the person in charge.

🛠️ How to Set Up

1. Select "Parallel Run"

Click the "+" button in your Workflow.

In the operation selection screen, select "Parallel Run" under Select operations.

2. Configure the number of paths

Under Parallel paths, select the number of flows you want to run in parallel.

You can select either 2 or 3 paths.

3. Set up each flow path

Set up a flow for each path.

For example, for employee onboarding, you can set up "Register Employee" on the left, "PC Setup Request" in the middle, and "Manager Approval Request" on the right.

☝️ Note

  • You can configure 2 or 3 parallel paths for each Parallel Run operation.

  • You can add up to 5 Parallel Run operations to a single Workflow.
