Q: I'm unable to log into my workspace. What should I do?

Here's a guide to help you understand possible causes and how to resolve them if you can't log into your workspace.

1️⃣ Incorrect ID (Email Address) or Password

The ID (email address) or password you entered may be incorrect.

Solution:

  • Double-check and re-enter your ID (email) and password.

  • If you've forgotten your password, reset your password.

  • If you're unsure about your email address, ask the workspace admin to check your email address on the member management page.

  • If there's only one admin in the workspace and no other users who can verify your email, we cannot recover it. Therefore, if you've updated your email or password, make sure to store the new details in a password manager for future reference.

2️⃣ Incorrect Link

If you're using an incorrect link, the page might not load properly.

Solution:

  • Make sure you're accessing the correct link. Enter your ID (email) and password, and try logging in again.

  • Access this link, enter your account ID (email) and password, and try again.

3️⃣ Incorrect Two-factor Authentication Code

If you've set up two-factor authentication, you'll be asked to enter a verification code after entering your ID and password.

Solution:

  • If you cannot enter the code correctly, use the recovery code you saved during the setup.

  • If you did not save the recovery code, contact the workspace admin to disable two-factor authentication.

☝️ Note:

If neither of these options works, we won't be able to recover your account.

4️⃣ Removed from the Workspace by the Admin

If the workspace admin has removed you from the member list, you won't be able to access the workspace anymore.

Solution:

  • Reach out to the admin and ask them to invite you back to the workspace.

5️⃣ Logged in with a Different Google Account

Yoom supports Google account sign-in

If you're logged into different a Google account than the one sed to log in to Yoom, the login screen might not appear, and you'll see the message "The page you are looking for could not be found".

Solution:

  • Check which Google account you're currently logged into.

  • Switch to the Google account that you are using for Yoom, then try logging in again.
