Yoom operates on a pay-as-you-go model with different plans offering different features. If you’re on the Free Plan, you can create up to 5 Flowbots. ⚠️ About the Pre-Created Default Flowbot
When you create a new Yoom workspace, My Project and Sample Project are automatically created. The Sample Project contains one sample Flowbot, which counts as one Flowbot against your limit.
🛠 How to Check and Respond When the Flowbot Limit is Reached
If you exceed your Flowbot limit, you’ll see this error message:
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1️⃣ Check the Flowbot status across all projects
Go to your Yoom workspace and check the Flowbot status in all created projects.
If you have more than 5 Flowbots, delete unnecessary Flowbots, including the one in the Sample Project.
2️⃣ Check the Flowbot status in other members' My Projects
If your Flowbot count appears within the limit but you still see the error, check the Member Management settings.
Team members might have created Flowbots in their own My Projects, and these count toward your total.
Ask members to log in to their accounts, check My Project, and delete any unnecessary Flowbots.
Once you’ve reviewed and removed unused Flowbots, the error message should disappear, allowing you to create new Flowbots. If needed, consider upgrading your plan for more Flowbot creation capacity.
