When using the "Send Email" action, you may encounter an error stating: "There is a problem with the configuration. Please review and correct it."

Below, we explain the possible causes and how to resolve them.


📧 Cause 1. Incorrect Email Address Format

The recipient’s email address may be incorrectly formatted.

Please check for the following issues and make the necessary corrections:

  • Unsupported characters such as " / ! “ # $ % & ' ( ) = ~ | \ ^ : ; * + ? ..."

  • The "@" symbol may be in uppercase.

Cause 2. Changes to Gmail or Outlook Settings

There may have been updates or changes to Gmail or Outlook, which could have altered the permissions for the previously integrated account.

To resolve this:

  1. Go to My Apps and select the relevant app.

  2. Try reconnecting the account by overwriting the existing connection.
