📝 Overview

Setting up a webhook in Zoho Forms allows you to trigger a Flowbot whenever there’s a new response submitted to your form.

By integrating Zoho Forms with Yoom through webhooks, you can automate your workflows and connect form submissions with actions in Yoom, making it easier to manage and process data efficiently.

🛠️ How to configure

1. Log in to Zoho Form

First, log in to your Zoho Forms account and go to the edit page of the relevant form.

2. Go to Webhook Settings

In the side menu, go to "Integrations" and select "Webhook".

Click the Configure Webhook button.

3. Copy & Paste the Webhook URL

Go to Yoom and select App Trigger > Zoho Forms > When the form is submitted.

Copy the Webhook URL and paste it to Webhook URL field in Zoho Forms.

In the "Payload Parameters" section, set the form item information that will be sent to Yoom. You can automatically associate fields by clicking "Auto-Map Fields".

4. Save the Configuration

Once you’ve completed the setup, click the Save button at the bottom.

After saving, a "Test Webhook" button will appear in the lower-right corner. Click it to send a test Webhook. Alternatively, you can submit the form to perform a test.

4. Confirm the Setup

After sending the test, if you click the test button on the Yoom screen and "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete! 🎉
