Calling out from your Extra Line

If you have purchased a paid plan (Essentials, Complete, Ultimate, Solo, Growth, Small Business, and Professional) and have added an Extra Line to your account, this article will walk you through how to make outbound calls. No need to use your personal line for business calls any longer! The Extra Line is a fully functional number. You're able to receive calls and place calls through the YouMail app which displays your Extra Line number as the caller ID. Remember, calls made from your virtual number will display the Extra Line number even though we use your cell data to bridge the call.

Android:

Open the YouMail app and select the blue dialer at the bottom right-hand corner
Tap 'New Call'
Select the Extra Line you would like to call out from using the drop-down arrow Dial the number you want to call and click the phone icon to initiate the call

iPhone:

Open the YouMail app and select the Blue dialer at the bottom right-hand corner
Select New Call Select the Extra Line you would like to call out from using the drop-down arrow at the top. Dial the number you want to call and click the phone icon to initiate the call
