Rolly the d20 is the Young Heroes Support Bot. It is provided by our support software, Intercom.
He uses the Young Heroes FAQ pages and information provided by the Support Goblins to answer questions you have about the website.
Rolly the d20 will answer:
Questions via chat (24/7)
Questions via email (After working hours)
You will always be given the option to talk to our Support Goblins, even if you talk to Rolly the d20 first.
