On your Listings page, your Adventures will be in one of two states: Active or Pending.
What is Active?
An Active game has enough players to run. It means:
You've reached minimum player count
You've clicked the blue Start Adventure button and confirmed the schedule
You can schedule sessions and players will be charged at session time
📌 One-Shots automatically become Active once minimum player count is met.
📌 Planned end date campaigns are active on creation.
What is Pending?
A Pending game doesn't have enough players yet. It means:
Minimum player count not reached, or Start Adventure hasn't been clicked
You cannot schedule sessions
Players will not be charged
Still visible on Find Games page so players can sign up

What about planned end date campaigns?
Planned end date campaigns are active on creation. The DM will need to add sessions for them to show up on search. The first session added will be the start date, and the last session on the list will be the end date. This is unique to Young Heroes games because of their differing cancellation structure to standard games. Think of planned end date campaigns like scheduling summer camp; you've got a set period of time to get through all the fun you've planned, with a start and end date (summer can't last forever, unlike a lot of TTRPG campaigns).
