Active to Pending
To change your campaign from Active to Pending to recruit more players:
Go to your Adventure
Click the 3 dots on the right side of the screen
Click Change Game Status
Fill out the information in the pop-up, then click Change
⚠️ Changing from Active to Pending will delete your scheduled sessions and notify your players.
Can I change a One-Shot from Active to Pending?
No. If you don't have enough players by session time, you can either run the one-shot for available players or cancel it so players don't get charged.
What about planned end date campaigns?
Planned end date campaigns are active on creation. The DM will need to add sessions for them to show up on search. The first session added will be the start date, and the last session on the list will be the end date. This is unique to Young Heroes games because of their differing cancellation structure to standard games.
