In this article we explain what a (full) job offer is and how you can accept a job offer.

A job offer is basically a ride offer send by a dispatcher where you as a driver can respond if you want to accept this offer.

When you receive a new job, a job offer opens up inside the application opens with a sound alert; we call this a (full) job offer (see image). If you have the app open in the background you will receive a 'New job' push notification which opens the full 'Job offer' screen.

After the job offer screen opens, it is important to respond as quickly as possible. The maximum time within which you should respond to the offer is not fixed but is dependent on the reaction of other drivers the job might have been offered too. As soon as one of the drivers in the selection accepts the offer, all other drivers that the job has been offered to have another 3 seconds to respond before the job offer closes.

Tap ‘Accept’ to confirm the job and wait for confirmation on whether or not the job is assigned to you. Read more about processing an assigned job here.

If you are unable to accept a mandatory job offer, it is better to tap "Decline" rather than not responding at all. Drivers who don’t respond to mandatory job offers have the lowest driver scores. Read more about the dispatch algorithm and the driver score here.

When you receive a new job, you will get a push notification inside the application with a sound alert. Find out more here.
