This document describes how to get started with your Web Booker after signing up for a Fleet Solutions free trial.

With YourDriverApp Fleet Solutions you get a complete set of tools to manage your taxi or limo business. YourDriverApp Fleet Solutions includes a Web Dispatch Panel, a mobile app for drivers and dispatchers and a Web Booker that can be integrated on your company website or shared directly with your customers.

Log into the Web Portal to get started with your Web Booker!

Start with a test booking!

During the trial signup, your business is setup with a ready-to-use default configuration. To get familiar with the platform, we recommend you to start by doing a test booking from the Web Booker and assign the booking to one of your drivers. This allows you to get a full overview of every aspect of the system.

  1. Experience the customer interface: The Web Booker
    The Web Booker is the booking interface that your customers will use to book rides with you. It can be fully customised to match your business needs and can either be integrated on your website or shared directly with your customers:

    • Login to the Web Portal and go to the Web Booker overview. Link

    • You'll find the unique link to your Web Booker in the Web Booker overview the bottom of the screen. Click the blue link to open the Web Booker.

    • Do a test booking to experience the Web Booker as a customer with this default configuration.

  2. Experience the interface for operators and admins: The Dispatch Panel
    In this step you will assign your test booking to a driver through the Dispatch Panel. The Dispatch Panel is the interface that your admins and operators will use to manage and assign your jobs. You'll find the Dispatch Panel in the Web Portal.

    • Login to the Web Portal and go to the Dispatch Panel. Link

    • Click on the test booking that you have created in step 1. You will find this booking in the "To assign" tab. Please note that every group admin and operator will receive an email notification with a link to assign the job to a driver for every new job in the Dispatch Panel.

    • Assign a driver to your test booking in the job details screen of the test booking. You can either create a new driver from this screen or search for an existing driver.

      • Make sure the phone number of the driver is a correct mobile phone number. This should be the same number that the driver uses to register for YourDriverApp in the next step.

      • TIP: assign the job to yourself for this test so you can test the driver experience in the next step.

      • TIP: Besides assigning a job directly, the system also provides option for auto dispatching the job to a driver in your group or share a link to this job in a WhatsApp Telegram or eMail group of drivers. Read more about assigning jobs to drivers here

  3. Experience the interface for drivers: YourDriverApp mobile app
    After you have assigned a job to a driver, the driver receives an invitation to open and confirm the job in the mobile app for drivers: YourDriverApp. You'll find YourDriverApp in the App Stores Link

    • Download and register for YourDriverApp with the same mobile number that you have used to assign the test booking to.

    • After registration the assigned test booking will popup. Confirm the job.

    • Start and complete the job in YourDriverApp

Customise your Web Booker!

Now that you have seen the default Web Booker in action, you can further configure your Web Booker to match your business needs by clicking on the 'Web Booker' menu and then click the 'Settings' button. Link

We advice you to consider reviewing the following settings:

  • Set the main color and upload your logo to match your business branding. Read more

  • Setup your pricing to enable price calculation in the Web Booker. Read more

  • Configure the products (often vehicle types) that your customers can book with you. Read more

  • Add your Stripe account to accept online payments from your customers. Read more

Share your Web Booker with your customers!

After you've configured your Web Booker, it is time to share it with the outside world. For this we have two main options:

  • Share a direct link to your Web Booker with your customers.

  • Integrate the Web Booker on your website. Read more

Now that you have configured and shared your Web Booker with the outside world, you are ready to receive your first bookings. All bookings done in your group, so also those from your Web Booker, are collected in the Dispatch Panel menu so that they can be assigned to your drivers. For every new booking, a booking notification is send to every group admin and operator.
