In this article we will help you step by step with the integration of the taxiID online booking tools to your YourDriverApp Group. Read more on how this integration can help you to improve the service to your customers here.
After completing the steps below, you will have a fully integrated taxiID solution in your YourDriverApp Group so you can use all the features of taxiID in combination with YourDriverApp.

The following steps are required to set up this integration:
Make sure you have a taxiID account, sign up here!
Upgrade to a taxiID Business license.
Set up and invite your drivers.

Already have a taxiID account? Proceed to the next paragraph 'Upgrade to a taxiID Business license'. If not please register here for your new taxiID profile first and follow these steps:
Fill in your company details. The company name you fill in here under 'Company' will be the name visible in the YourDriverApp group that will be automatically generated.
In the 'Your details' section it is advised to register with the mobile number that you have used when signing up for YourDriverApp. If you do use the same number, the integration automatically sets this number to be the default group owner and admin and you will immediately receive a 'Group Invite' in YourDriverApp which you need to accept to activate)
Upgrade to a taxiID Business license
In order to get access to the full potential taxiID has to offer, an active taxiID Business license is required. You can easily upgrade by navigating to your taxiID home screen by clicking the menu item 'My Products'. Here you can see a big blue 'Upgrade Now' button in order to upgrade to taxiID Business.
Already have a Business license? Please proceed.
Set up and invite your drivers
Now you are all set to add drivers to your YourDriverApp group that has been automatically created by the integration. This can be done either through the taxiID portal or through YourDriverApp. For both options every invited driver receives a YourDriverApp notification with an invite to your group which they need to accept first before they are admitted.
Invite drivers from taxiID to your group
Through the taxiID menu 'Account details / Drivers' you can create and add new drivers by clicking the 'Add Driver' button in the upper right screen.
The integration with YourDriverApp is based on the driver's phone number, a group invite will be sent to the phone number as entered. Be sure to enter the same number that this driver has used when signing up for YourDriverApp.
If you registered for your taxiID profile with the same number as your YourDriverApp profile you will automatically be the group's owner and admin. If not, the first driver you create in taxiID with a YourDriverApp phone number match will be the group's owner and admin. From the driver profile in taxiID you can also set admin rights for specific drivers by selecting the 'operator' checkbox.
When a driver is created, they are immediately synced in the connected YourDriverApp group; you can see them with the invite status under the tab 'members' in your group.
Invite drivers from YourDriverApp to your group
Of course you can also easily invite drivers to this group from YourDriverApp, for example through an invite link, see here how!
When a driver is invited from YourDriverApp, the driver will be added to taxiID at the moment they accept the invite.
Dispatching rules
All bookings created from the taxiID solutions will be processed in your taxiID YourDriverApp group, the default dispatch setting is set on 'manual dispatch'.
