There are a few scenarios which can mean you don't receive any job offers.
First of all it is important to note that YourDriverApp does not directly supply anyone with job offers. So, if you're not in a YourDriverApp group yet, with a dispatcher who's supplying you with work, you won't receive any jobs.
If that is the case, please connect with other drivers within YourDriverApp, maybe they are within a group that supplies jobs which you could be part of as well.
If you are member of a group and you don't receive any job offers, something might be wrong. Let's take a look at the different possible scenarios where you can't receive any job offers:
1. The first scenario is incorrect usage of the driver app, for example not being online and available; you can't receive any new jobs when you're not available. Always check if you have the correct status and change it accordingly. Find out more about your status here.
2. The second scenario that no jobs are being dispatched to you because you're either not in range enough or there are no new jobs available. If this is the case you should make contact with your dispatcher.
3. A third scenario is that there could be a malfunction in the driver app or your phone. In this case you should raise a support ticket in Zendesk. You can get to that by clicking here.
