Getting Started
Head to the Website section in your YourKind dashboard.
Choose Easy Mode or Expert Mode.
Follow the AI's prompts. It will ask a few questions and request some images.
Review your generated site and make any changes by chatting with the AI.
When you're happy, publish it from the Manage tab.

💡 Tip
Have 3 to 5 high-quality images ready before you start. Our AI agent uses these to set the visual tone of your site and populate the gallery.
Choosing a Mode
The builder offers two modes depending on how much control you want over the design.
Easy Mode (Recommended)
Easy Mode is the fastest way to get a site live. The AI uses your existing YourKind brand assets and asks you to upload a few images to guide the look and feel and populate your gallery.
It then generates a complete website including a header, footer, contact page, subscribe form, gallery, and all of your upcoming events.
Once the site is generated, you can customise anything by asking the AI in plain English. For example, "make the header image darker" or "change the font to something more modern."
💡 Tip
Easy Mode is ideal if you want a professional site up and running quickly without needing a specific design in mind.
Expert Mode
Expert Mode is for brands that have a specific visual direction. You upload a reference image and the AI builds the base of the site from it.
From there, you choose which components to add: upcoming events, past events, subscribe form, contact page, and more.
ℹ️ Note
Expert Mode gives you more control over the initial design, but Easy Mode sites can be customised to the same level of detail after generation. The difference is the starting point.
Built-In Integrations
Every site created with the builder is connected to your YourKind account from day one. There is no manual setup required for the following:
Events
Every event or experience you publish in YourKind automatically appears on your website. When you create a new event, it shows up on the site without you needing to touch anything.
Contact Form
Submissions from your website's contact form land directly in your YourKind inbox.
Subscribers
When someone subscribes through your website, they flow straight into your YourKind CRM. You can then reach them with email and SMS campaigns.
Live Chat
You can enable a live chat widget on your site. Messages are routed into the same YourKind inbox alongside your contact form submissions.
💡 Tip
Enable Live Chat if you want to give potential attendees a way to ask questions before purchasing tickets. It all lands in one place.
Managing Your Site
The Manage tab handles all the technical settings for your website.
Custom Domains
Connect your own domain (e.g. www.yourbrand.com) to your site.
SEO Settings
Configure page titles, meta descriptions, and SEO settings for every page on your site to help with search engine visibility.
Tracking Pixels
Add your Meta Pixel and Google Pixel to track visitor activity and power retargeting campaigns.
Favicon
Upload a custom favicon (the small icon that appears in browser tabs).
Draft Variations
Save draft versions of your site before publishing changes.
Preview Modes
Preview your site across mobile, tablet, and desktop before going live.
Undo / Redo
Made a change you don't like? Undo and redo are built in.
Customising Your Site
After your site is generated, you can make changes at any time by chatting with the AI agent. Just describe what you want in plain English.
Examples of things you can ask:
"Add a section showcasing our past events"
"Change the background colour to black"
"Move the gallery above the events section"
"Update the footer with our new phone number"
"Make the subscribe form more prominent"
The AI Agent will make the changes and show you the updated site immediately.
Plans & Pricing
The AI-Powered Website Builder is currently in beta and available to every YourKind brand.
Creating your first site is free.
Publishing your site to a live URL requires the Starter plan ($25/month) or above.
Ongoing edits and creating additional sites from scratch consume a small credit balance from your account.
ℹ️ Note
Beta access means the feature is live and fully functional, but we are still actively improving it based on organiser feedback. If you run into anything unexpected, reach out to us through the chat widget.
