YRM Prop has established specific trading session guidelines to maintain proper risk management while providing traders with flexibility to access various market hours. Understanding these time-based rules is essential for successful trading with our funded accounts.

  • Weekend Closure: No positions may be held over weekends

Counting Trading Days

  • A "Trading Day" is counted when at least one trade is placed during the 6:00 PM EST to 4:15 PM EST next day period

  • You must trade on a minimum of 2 separate trading days to pass the challenge

Holiday Trading

  • YRM Prop follows the standard CME holiday schedule

  • On early close days, all positions must be closed by the designated early market close time

  • Holiday schedules are typically announced on our website and trader dashboard

  • Enable accurate end-of-day account performance calculations

  • Prevent overnight risk during market closures

  • Ensure all traders operate under consistent evaluation conditions

  • Allow for proper risk monitoring across all funded accounts
