Yes, transfers require contacting support and are free. The process takes 1–4 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm GMT), or next business day if requested after hours.
How it works:
Email zable-SIMcard-support@zable.co.uk with subject "eSIM Transfer Request"
Include: your account email, current phone model, new phone model
We deactivate your old eSIM and send a new installation QR code
Install on your new phone — your number stays the same
Important:
Your new phone must be eSIM-compatible (iPhone XS+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Pixel 3+)
Your old phone will stop working as soon as we deactivate the eSIM — this is normal
The new QR code is single-use. If installation fails, email us for a replacement (free)
Don't try to reuse your original installation code — it won't work.
