How do I cancel my eSIM plan?

You can cancel your plan easily in the Zable app. Navigate to “Settings” within your Zable Mobile hub, and select “Cancel Zable Mobile plan.”

You can cancel any time for the next month, so long as we haven’t already taken payment for the upcoming month.

You can see your scheduled payment dates in the Zable Mobile hub. If you decide to cancel, your service will continue until the end of your current paid period.
