Here's what's on your monthly bill and how to download a copy.
What's on your bill
Bill period: the dates your payment covers, usually from your sign-up or renewal date to the same date next month.
Subtotal: your SIM plan cost before VAT.
VAT: currently 20% in the UK.
Total: subtotal plus VAT.
Promo discounts show where they apply. International calls and premium SMS aren't part of your monthly plan, so they're charged separately as you use them. You get a bill every month.
Getting a copy
In the Zable app, go to Mobile plan > View my bill > Bill history, select the month you want, and tap Download PDF.
